I met Andy not as a
result of any virtue but as a matter of circumstance, We had both lead
pretty hard lives and abused ourselves a great deal. We met in a self
help program designed to create a lifestyle change and to promote
spiritual growth as well. Even with a design for living that did indeed
show immediate results was it too little too late? I don't think so! It
is true however that you can not merely focus on one aspect of your
health and wellness and continue with a stress filled life and not
healthy diet with out something going wrong. Our friendship grew and we
discovered we shared many philosophies of life and fun but even though
we did our best to practice the ideals of that self help program we both
continued too suffer in ways we had not expected. We both had stressful
careers but felt trapped to anything about it. I suffered with stomach
ulcers and Andy ended up with a Heart Attack. More change a total change
would be necessary. We both believe that although we may have some of
the best health care available anywhere that it was not doctors who were
responsible for our well being it was up to us. We both felt that the
medical field had become corrupt to some extent weather by threat of law
suits or pressure from pharmaceutical companies we were convinced that
the medical society was to quick to just prescribe some drug to fix some
symptom. So what be came of us? It was Andy who after suffering a heart
attack mustered up the courage to make drastic changes. He wound up
leaving his job and financial security and moved to Florida with only
vague prospects of becoming self employed and finding the peace and
fulfillment he so much desired. He was very inspirational to me to make
such a bold move and although i was not able to make the same types of
changes right away they would come. 
So Andy was off to Florida and
I continued my same career path. Andy was going to get involved with a
franchise business that along the lines of one of his passions. Little
League Photo Company was the idea he loved sports and kids and thought
that it would be the ideal situation to have a career he could enjoy.
This was not to be after reviewing the franchise agreements and
realizing the company would not deliver on the promises that were made
he had to back out of the deal with no job and in a place where he did
not know any one this was a great disappointment and it was some time
before he would find a career that he desired one that brought together
his ideals for well being and would support the fun and lifestyle he
wanted. In that time my business had taken a turn for the worse which
ended up being a turn for the best but it didn't seem that way at the
time. I went to Florida to visit my friend and went with him to
investigate a business for sale in the area he was living. Total
Nutrition Center well it looked good and it was perfect new prospect for
Andy he made the deal and became a retail store owner selling quality
nutritional supplements and health foods. Shortly there after my
automotive accessories business morphed into an internet advertising
career and that was when andystotalnutrition.com was born. It started as
a gift to Andy from me wishing him well in his new endeavors with photos
of the store and and account of his personal experience and desire to be
helpful to anyone looking to improve their lives. He has since become
very involved with natural healing and total nutrition. He has an
experts eye view of products and treatments for all sorts of
ailments and is always happy to talk to those who have questions about
